1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, services, or engaging with Century24 International in any real estate transaction, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

Century24 International provides real estate brokerage, property management, investment advisory, and related services in compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) regulations.

  • We act as intermediaries between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

  • All services are subject to applicable UAE laws and licensing requirements.

3. Property Listings and Information

  • All property details (price, availability, size, features, etc.) provided by us are based on information received from property owners, developers, or authorized parties.

  • While we strive for accuracy, Century24 International does not guarantee that all listings are free from errors or omissions.

  • Property availability and pricing may change without prior notice.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when engaging our services.

  • Respect all contractual obligations, including but not limited to deposits, payments, and timelines.

  • Abide by all UAE property laws, RERA regulations, and tenancy or sales agreements.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Brokerage commissions, management fees, and service charges will be disclosed before entering into any agreement.

  • All payments must be made through approved banking channels in compliance with UAE regulations.

  • Fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Century24 International shall not be held liable for any loss, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between property buyers, sellers, tenants, or landlords.

  • We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Clients are encouraged to seek independent professional advice.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Client information will be kept confidential in accordance with UAE data protection regulations.

  • We may use your contact details to share relevant property updates, unless you opt out.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website (logos, images, text, brochures, etc.) is the property of Century24 International and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

10. Amendments

Century24 International reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
